Trailhead Technologies is located in beautiful downtown Basalt, CO, in the heart of the Roaring Fork Valley of the Rocky Mountains.

Trailhead is locally owned and operated, employing individuals who share a commitment to making the world a better place. At Trailhead Technologies, we make every effort to properly recycle packaging materials and equipment. We support community involvement through local event participation and sponsorship.

In 2008, we established an employee volunteer service credit program, a requirement of each employee to donate their time and services to local organizations.

history

Trailhead Technologies started in May 2001 and was founded on the strength of excellent customer service in the ever-changing information technology industry. As the population of their hometown in Basalt, Colorado continued to thrive and prosper, so did Trailhead Technologies.

In June 2004, President Erik Johnson purchased the company along with Kevyn Jenkins, Vice President of Design and Engineering. By introducing telephone systems and expanded Managed Service options, Trailhead Technologies successfully increased their services and staff, while maintaining their focus on the importance of building sustainable customer relationships.

Trailhead Technologies continues to forge ahead by providing locally accessible break-fix computer support and serving the small and mid-size business owner, as well as the residential customer, with a full range of professional IT services.

Trailhead Technologies is a member of the Basalt Chamber of Commerce and Carbondale Chamber of Commerce, 2008 Accredited Business -- Better Business Bureau.
